Team Leader

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage, guide, and support a team to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, team management experience, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.

Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.

Set performance goals and track KPIs.

Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Support team members in resolving customer/client issues.

Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Identify skill gaps and provide coaching for improvement.

Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.

Drive productivity, engagement, and a positive team culture.

Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
