ಈ ಹುದ್ದೆಯು ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ಬಾಯ್ಗಳನ್ನು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಜೋಯಿನಿಂಗ್ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜೋಯಿನಿಂಗ್ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳು ಫೋನ್ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತವೆ, ಇದರಿಂದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸುಗಮ ಮತ್ತು ಸುಲಭ ಅನುಭವ ಸಿಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮಿಂದ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ, ಮತ್ತು ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಹನ ನಡೆಸಿ, ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಿ, ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಆನ್ಬೋರ್ಡಿಂಗ್ ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.
