Job Description
A Sales & Application Engineer is someone who can help organization build a better brand and maximize profits.
These professionals generate new sales leads, negotiate client pricing, and forecast sales revenue.
It requires experience in market research, strategy, and building relationships.
Responsibilities-
Manage and retain relationships with existing clients.
Identify and generate new business leads, plan and implement new marketing initiatives.
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products, value proposition, and using it to develop growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Research and evaluate industry trends by attending conferences, meetings, and industry events, and discuss business strategy with stakeholders.
Resolve internal priorities and report on successes as well as areas needing improvements.
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
Require travelling internally as well as adjoining 3-4 districts must.
Requirements-
Experience in tooling industry is must.
Experience in business administration, sales, marketing or related field.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales and negotiation.
Strong communication skills and good computer literacy.
Knowledge of latest market trends, business tools, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated individual.
Proven ability to negotiate .
