Job Description
An XFE (Xstream Fiber Executive) at Bharti Airtel is an active, field-based sales role. Responsibilities focus on driving revenue by acquiring new broadband and Air Fiber customers through door-to-door marketing, pitching plans, and completing customer onboarding.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Gen: Conduct door-to-door sales in residential/commercial areas to secure new broadband subscriptions.
- Onboarding & CRM: Educate customers on plans, collect KYC documents, and coordinate installations.
- Reporting & Targets: Track leads via the Airtel app, provide market feedback, and meet sales quotas
