3D Graphic Designer

Overview:We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Graphics & 3D Designer to join our event management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs, event concepts, stage layouts, exhibition stall designs, branding elements, and 3D visualizations that bring event ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 2D and 3D event designs, including stage setups, exhibition stalls, branding layouts, kiosks, backdrops, and venue themes.
• Create high-quality graphic designs for event branding such as logos, posters, brochures, banners, invitations, social media creatives, and digital ads.
• Produce 3D renders, walkthroughs, and mockups to help clients visualize event concepts clearly.
• Work closely with the event planning and production teams to ensure designs meet event requirements and feasibility.
• Adapt designs based on client feedback and ensure timely delivery of creative outputs.
• Maintain consistency in brand guidelines across all design materials.
• Prepare final print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for print and production accuracy.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, software advancements, and industry standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer / 3D Designer, preferably in the event management industry.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D design software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema4D, Blender, etc.).
• Ability to create realistic 3D renders and visually appealing design concepts.
• Excellent visual communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of event production processes and practical design considerations.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working on corporate events, exhibitions, weddings, or large-scale experiential setups.
• Knowledge of lighting, textures, materials, and spatial design.
• Ability to brainstorm and conceptualize fresh, innovative event ideas.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and 3D work.
