Job Description

Hazard Identification: Conduct daily workplace inspections to spot unsafe conditions.

Risk Assessment: Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) studies.

Incident Investigation: Analyze accidents, find root causes, and submit corrective action reports.

Safety Training: Conduct safety induction, fire drill training, and tool-box talks for workers.

Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to the Factories Act, BOCW Act, and pollution norms.

Emergency Response: Design, implement, and test emergency evacuation and disaster management plans.

Documentation: Maintain accident registers, safety audit logs, and legal compliance certificates.

PPE Management:Monitor the procurement, distribution, and proper usage of safety gear.
