Job Description
- Job Responsibilities: Handle back office operations and daily administrative work
- Connecting with the Customers over Phone
- Manage order execution from order received to dispatch
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for order processing and follow-ups
- Updating New Products In Website and other Ecommerce Portals.
- Create and post basic social media content (product posts, offers, updates) on Facebook/Instagram
- Maintain records of orders, dispatches, and returns
- Support customer queries related to orders and delivery status
- Required Skills & Qualifications: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Prior experience in e-commerce / clothing business will be an added advantage
- Preferred Candidate: Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with suppliers and logistics partners
- Willing to learn and grow with the business
