Back Office Executive
Job Summary
Support sales team by managing leads, data, and administrative tasks to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. *Lead Management*: Coordinate with sales team to manage and follow up on leads.
2. *Data Management*: Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer data.
3. *Sales Support*: Assist sales team with proposals, quotes, and documentation.
4. *Communication*: Liaise with clients and internal teams for smooth coordination.
5. *Reporting*: Provide sales reports and insights to management.
Requirements
1. *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
2. *Skills*: Strong communication, MS Office, and CRM skills.
3. *Experience*: Prior sales or back office experience preferred.
