Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for promoting digital marketing services, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Google Ads, Content Marketing, and Branding solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, networking, and social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and sales discussions with potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and creative teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and digital marketing innovations.
- Required Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Online Branding.
- Ability to generate leads through various online and offline channels.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and email communication.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
- Strong presentation and client management skills.
- Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Experience:1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
