Key Responsibilities

• Digital Communication: Manage multi-channel outreach via WhatsApp marketing and maintain responsive oversight of inbound email inquiries.
• Sales Documentation: Develop professional client-facing materials, including formal quotations, discovery questionnaires, and pitch presentations.
• Operational Reporting: Perform comprehensive data entry and maintain detailed records of sales activities, lead progression, and creative milestones.
