- Stipend: Performance and skill-based stipend up to ₹2,000 per month
About the Role:-
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our growing EdTech team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, client handling, lead conversion, and customer relationship management under the mentorship of an experienced Client Relationship Specialist.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a learning mindset, and an interest in business development and client management.
Key Responsibilities:-
Client & Lead Conversion
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, messages, emails, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and explain the company’s educational services effectively.
- Convert inquiries and leads into successful enrollments or sales opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
Client Acquisition
- Identify potential customers through various online and offline channels.
- Support business growth initiatives and promotional activities.
- Assist in generating new leads and expanding the company’s client base.
Client Retention & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure proper client support and coordination for smooth onboarding and service experience.
- Address basic client concerns and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain client satisfaction and encourage long-term engagement.
Sales & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication and execution.
- Support daily business development and sales-related operations.
Skills Required:-
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of sales and customer interaction
- Confidence in speaking with clients
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or related fields
- Freshers and students are welcome to apply
- Prior internship or sales experience will be an added advantage
