Position: International Call Center Executive

Department: Sales / Lead Management / Customer Communication

Job Type: Full-time / Part-Time

Location: Hybrid

Working Hours: Flexible as per US-time zones

About the Role: We are looking for an active, diligent, and highly professional International Call Center Executive with excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with international leads, maintaining regular follow-ups, converting prospects into customers/participants, and successfully bringing closures for the business.


The candidate must be proactive, disciplined, target-oriented, and comfortable using digital tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, email platforms, and online communication tools.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate professionally with international leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Actively follow up with all assigned leads and maintain consistent engagement.
  • Understand the lead’s requirements, explain business offerings clearly, and guide them toward conversion.
  • Convert potential leads into confirmed customers/participants and ensure successful closures.
  • Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up status, remarks, and conversion updates in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM.
  • Draft and send professional emails, reminders, confirmations, and follow-up messages.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for lead updates, documentation, payment confirmation, and onboarding.
  • Handle objections, answer queries, and build trust with potential clients.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead follow-up and conversion targets.
  • Stay active, responsive, and accountable during assigned working hours.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Prior experience in international calling, tele sales, customer support, lead conversion, or inside sales preferred.
  • Strong ability to communicate confidently with international clients.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail/email handling, and basic online tools.
  • Ability to maintain organized records and update lead trackers regularly.
  • Professional, polite, persuasive, and result-oriented approach.
  • Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple leads at the same time.
  • Good listening skills and ability to understand client needs.
  • Basic technical knowledge and comfort using CRM, online forms, video meeting platforms, and communication apps.

Compensation Salary will be based on experience, communication skills, and performance. Incentives may be offered based on successful conversions and closures.
