Job Description
Job Title: Channel Partner
Job Summary: The Channel Partner is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with third-party partners (distributors, resellers, agents) to drive sales growth and market reach. This role focuses on building a strong partner network and ensuring mutual business success.
- Key Responsibilities: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (dealers, resellers, brokers, etc.)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
- Provide partners with training, product knowledge, and support
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to enable partner success
- Plan and execute partner engagement activities (meetings, events, etc.)
- Ensure partners follow company policies, pricing, and branding guidelines
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
