Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Professionally communicate with clients visiting the office
- Explain international tour packages (Bali, Thailand, Malaysia, Dubai, etc.) clearly to clients
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel packages
- Handle client meetings and consultations
- Explain tour costing, package details, hotels, visa process, and travel procedures
- Try to close deals and convert inquiries into bookings
- Maintain proper follow-up with existing clients
- Handle clients through WhatsApp, phone calls, and direct meetings
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional service quality
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Bengali with basic English/Hindi knowledge
- Smart personality and professional behavior
- Confidence in handling and communicating with clients
- Candidates with sales and convincing skills will get preference
- Prior experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage
- Both male and female candidates can apply
- Preferred Skills:Confident speaking ability
- Friendly and presentable personality
- Interest in the travel and tourism industry
- Basic computer knowledge
- Social media handling knowledge will be a plus point
