Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage inquiries & support wholesale clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and preferably experience in the ethnic wear or wholesale textile industry.

• Roles & Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist wholesale clients with product information, pricing, MOQ etc
• Resolve customer complaints, returns, exchanges, and service-related issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in the CRM or ERP system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers and provide post-sales support.
• Share new product launches, stock availability, and promotional offers with customers.
• Requirements:2–5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the saree, textile, apparel, or wholesale industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP software.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle high volumes of inquiries efficiently.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience working with wholesale saree or ethnic wear businesses.
• Familiarity with fabrics, saree varieties, pricing, and wholesale order processes.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer experience.
