📞 Key Responsibilities:
- Make & receive calls with Australian customers
- Conduct surveys / lead generation calls
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information
- Maintain proper call flow & communication standards
- Update customer details in the system
- Achieve daily and monthly targets

- Minimum 10th / 12th pass
- Good English speaking skills (MANDATORY)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers & experienced both can apply
