Role - Customer Care Executive
Process - Non-voice (Chat)/ Blended
Must be -
10+2 passed or above
Good in English with basic typing skill
Wiling to work in rotational shifts
What you will do -
Handle customer queries via chat
Provide quick and accurate resolutions basis the SOP
