About the RoleMOIT Be-Connect Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive expertise in Bulk WhatsApp Marketing, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Social Media Optimization (SMO), and AI-powered digital marketing tools. The candidate should be capable of planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling digital campaigns while driving brand visibility and customer engagement across multiple digital platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms.
• Develop and implement effective Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Manage and optimize Social Media Optimization (SMO) activities across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Design, execute, and manage Bulk WhatsApp Marketing campaigns, ensuring high delivery rates, customer engagement, and compliance with platform guidelines.
• Utilize AI-powered marketing tools for content creation, campaign automation, audience segmentation, analytics, and workflow optimization.
• Create compelling digital content, creatives, and marketing copies using AI-assisted platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI technologies, social media algorithms, and industry best practices.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.

• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 15 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong expertise in:
• Bulk WhatsApp Marketing (Mandatory)
• Social Media Marketing (SMM)
• Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• AI tools for Digital Marketing and Content Creation
• Google Analytics and campaign performance tracking
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Google Ads (Preferred)
• Marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (Preferred)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and lead generation.
• Creative mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple campaigns and meeting deadlines.
