E-Commerce Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented and execution-focused E-commerce Executives to manage day-to-day marketplace operations. This role is operational, involves — onboarding users, handling real customer issues, and ensuring transactions run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

User Onboarding

• Onboard app users (vendors/customers) accurately and efficiently
• Verify basic details and ensure compliance with platform requirements

Customer Support & Dispute Resolution

• Handle user queries, complaints, and disputes with clarity and accountability
• Take ownership of issues until resolution

Communication Management

• Communicate with users via calls, chat, email, and ticketing systems
• Maintain professional, clear, and timely responses across all channels

Transaction Monitoring

• Track and monitor transactions for failures, delays, or discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment or order-related issues

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain basic records of issues, resolutions, and operational metrics
• Flag recurring problems and suggest practical improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in e-commerce operations, customer support, or marketplace platforms preferred
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
• Comfortable handling calls, chats, and emails daily
• High attention to detail
• Basic understanding of online payments, orders, and app-based workflows
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
