·     Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

·     Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant experience

·     Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on capability and skill set)

Role Overview:

The Event Coordinator will support the planning and execution of events while assisting the team in operational coordination, vendor management, and client servicing. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about events and are eager to learn the dynamics of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, brand promotions and activations

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and event partners

• Prepare event presentations, event flow documents and reports

• Support the team in event logistics and execution planning

• Be present at event sites to assist with coordination and operations

• Maintain event documentation, vendor quotations and cost sheets

• Assist in managing event timelines and schedules

Must Have Skills

✔ Fluent communication in English

✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

✔ Strong coordination and organisational abilities

✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

✔ Ability to work under deadlines

Work Requirements

• Open to working extended hours during events

• Willing to work on weekends and holidays when required

• Open to travelling outside Kolkata or across West Bengal for event assignments
