Job Description


We are looking for a responsible Factory Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing workers, ensuring smooth production, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets.


  1. Supervise daily factory production activities
  2. Manage and guide workers
  3. Ensure the production schedule is followed properly
  4. Check product quality and finishing
  5. Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished goods
  6. Maintain production reports
  7. Ensure factory discipline and safety rules are followed
  8. Maintain coordination between the production team and management
