HR Intern

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
• Support attendance, leave, and employee record management.
• Help organize employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR-related documentation.
• Assist in day-to-day administrative activities.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
