Job Summary: SP Consultancy is hiring Work From Home HR Recruiters to assist in our massive FSE (Field Sales Executive) hiring drives. You will be responsible for sourcing, calling, and selecting candidates across different regions for top digital payment clients like Paytm and Google Pay (GPay). Work comfortably from your home!
Key Responsibilities: Sourcing candidate profiles for Field Sales (FSE) roles through job portals (Apna, Job Hai) and local social media channels. Conducting telephonic screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Coordinating daily virtual/telephonic screening rounds for candidates. Handling bulk recruitment to meet weekly hiring goals. Maintaining daily tracking sheets of candidates called, selected, and onboarded.
Education: Minimum 12+ Pass.
Experience: Freshers to 2 years in calling / customer support or HR recruitment (Freshers with excellent communication are highly encouraged).
Skills: Clear communication, active listening, and convincing power over the phone.
Must-Haves: A smartphone, a laptop, good internet connection, and a quiet environment to make daily screening calls.
Documents: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Bank Account
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: Contract Bassis
Job Type: Full-time (Work from Home).
Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday).
