About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various departments. You will play a key role in building a strong workforce and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews

Coordinate interviews with hiring Team Leader

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms

Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms

Strong negotiation and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in bulk hiring non-IT recruitment

Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws

Social media recruiting expertise
