Job Summary: M Plaza Group of Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and well-connected HR Executive with a proven track record in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the talent acquisition pipeline—identifying manpower requirements, managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments, and fostering strong employee relations. A robust network of hospitality recruitment agents, consultants, and industry contacts is highly essential for this role.
- Key Responsibilities: Manpower Planning: Actively collaborate with department heads to identify staffing gaps, track vacancies, and forecast manpower requirements across all properties.
- Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: Source, screen, and recruit high-quality candidates for diverse hotel departments (including Front Office, F&B Service, Housekeeping, Production/Kitchen, and Maintenance).
- Vendor & Network Management: Leverage and expand an existing network of hospitality-specialized HR agents, consultants, job portals, and professional references to ensure quick turnaround times for open positions.
- Interview Coordination: Screen profiles, conduct initial HR rounds, and seamlessly coordinate technical interviews with respective department heads.
- Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate smooth onboarding, joining formalities, reference checks, and orientation processes for new hires.
- HR Operations & Documentation: Maintain meticulous employee records, personnel files, attendance inputs, and general HR documentation.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a reliable point of contact for staff grievances, drive engagement, and ensure a positive, high-morale work culture aligned with hospitality standards.
- Requirements & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated HR experience strictly within the Hotel / Hospitality industry.
- Industry Network (Mandatory): A strong, established network with specialized hotel recruitment agents and hospitality talent pools.
- Departmental Knowledge: Proven capability in handling mass or niche hiring for core hotel verticals (Front Office, Kitchen, F&B, Housekeeping).
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills to interact effectively with both ground staff and management.
- Core HR Competencies: Sound understanding of day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and workplace ethics.
