Key Responsibilities:

◻ End-to-End Recruitment & Hiring

◻ Complete Employee Lifecycle Management

◻ HR Operations & Documentation

◻ Payroll & Attendance Coordination

◻ HR Compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Labour Laws)

◻ Employee Engagement & Performance Management

◻ HRMS Handling & MIS Reporting

◻ Policy Implementation & Process Improvement

◻ Training & Development Coordination

◻ Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

◻ Independently manage complete HR Generalist functions


Required Skills:

◻ 5+ years of hands-on HR Generalist experience

◻ Strong knowledge of HR Compliance & Payroll

◻ Recruitment & Stakeholder Management

◻ HRMS & Advanced MS Excel proficiency

◻ Excellent communication skills

◻ Ability to take ownership independently
