Interior Project Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out Projects who can lead multiple interior execution projects with strong planning, coordination, and management skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in interior fit-out execution, resource management, client coordination, and project planning while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, coordinating with vendors, consultants, clients, and internal departments, and regularly updating management on project progress, challenges, and milestones.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain effective project management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, quality standards, timelines, and performance benchmarks.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, consultants, and third-party agencies.
• Allocate and monitor manpower, materials, and resources to maximize productivity and deliverables.
• Track daily project progress and provide detailed status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed within deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and commercial teams for seamless workflow execution.
• Organize and maintain reports, invoices, contracts, BOQs, and financial documentation.
• Conduct project meetings, site inspections, and execution planning.
• Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Handle client communication, site coordination, and vendor management effectively.
• Build and manage a strong field workforce across multiple project sites.
• Monitor team availability and assign suitable resources to ongoing projects.
• Escalate critical issues and project risks to management as required.
• QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience in Interior Fit-Out Project Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree / Any Graduate.
• Experience in handling residential, commercial, or turnkey interior projects preferred.
