Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage billing operations, invoice generation. The candidate should have accuracy in billing processes, and basic proficiency in Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate invoices and billing statements accurately and on time.
- Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
- Coordinate with the accounts and sales team for smooth billing operations.
- Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures.
- Handle cash, online payment entries, and receipt generation if required.
