Job Description
IT Executive Job Description :
1. Technical Support
- Provide day-to-day IT support to call center agents and staff
- Troubleshoot hardware (desktops, headsets) and software issues
- Resolve login, system access, and connectivity problems
2. Telephony & Communication Systems
- Manage call center systems like VoIP, IVR, dialers
- Monitor call routing and ensure uptime of phone systems
- Work with tools such as Avaya, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, or Genesys
3. Network & Infrastructure Management
- Maintain LAN/WAN connectivity
- Ensure stable internet and internal network performance
- Handle routers, switches, and firewalls
4. System Monitoring & Maintenance
- Monitor servers, applications, and call center tools
- Perform updates, patches, and routine maintenance
- Ensure minimal downtime
5. User Account & Security Management
- Create and manage user accounts
- Handle access control and permissions
- Ensure basic cyber security practices are followed
6. Data & Reporting Support
- Assist in generating reports from CRM/call systems
- Support tools like Salesforce or CRM
- Maintain data integrity
