Lab Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Lab Assistant to support our booster capsule preparation work. The candidate will assist in maintaining lab cleanliness, handling raw materials, supporting capsule filling, packaging, labeling, and maintaining basic records under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of booster capsules as per given instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the lab area.
• Handle raw materials carefully and keep them properly stored.
• Support capsule filling, counting, sealing, labeling, and packaging work.
• Clean and maintain lab equipment and working tables.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and quality control guidelines.
• Maintain basic daily production and stock records.
• Report any shortage, damage, or quality issue to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper use of gloves, masks, caps, and other protective items during work.

Required Skills·      Minimum Science degree required.

·      Basic knowledge of laboratory work, hygiene, and safety practices.

·      Ability to handle raw materials carefully and accurately.

·      Good attention to detail during capsule filling, counting, sealing, labeling, and packaging.

·      Ability to follow SOPs and supervisor instructions properly.

·      Basic record-keeping ability for daily production, stock, and material usage.

·      Clean, disciplined, and responsible working habits.

·      Previous experience in supplement, capsule, tablet, food, or pharma production will be preferred.

Qualification·      Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Science required.

Preferred streams: B.Sc. in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry,

Microbiology, Nutrition, Food Science, Biotechnology, or related field.

·      Freshers may apply, but candidates with lab or production experience will get preference.
