Hiring: Laboratory Technician

Location: One Diagnostics

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Shift: Day & Night Shift (Night Duty Mandatory)

Salary: As per industry standards and experience

• Job Responsibilities:
• Perform laboratory tests and sample processing as per standard procedures.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly Quality Control (QC) procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.
• Maintain NABL-related files, records, and compliance documents.
• Follow laboratory safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with laboratory staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely reporting.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Laboratory Technician.

✔ Comfortable working in night shifts.

✔ Good knowledge of NABL documentation and file maintenance.

✔ Good knowledge of machine Quality Control (QC) procedures.

✔ Familiarity with laboratory equipment operation and troubleshooting.

✔ Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced diagnostic laboratory environment.

• DMLT / BMLT or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
