About the Role

We are a Kolkata-based health-tech startup building an AI-powered clinic management platform for private chamber doctors. Our product helps doctors manage patient queues, automate prescriptions, record consultations using AI, and track their practice finances — all from one app.

We are looking for a self-driven field sales executive who can visit doctor chambers, introduce our product, and onboard doctors onto a free trial. This is a part-time role with a fixed monthly retainer plus attractive per-doctor commissions. If you already know doctors or have worked in pharma sales, diagnostic sales, or medical device sales, this role is ideal for you.

What You'll Do

• Visit private chamber doctors (psychiatrists, dermatologists, gynecologists, general physicians) in New Town, Salt Lake, and nearby areas
• Introduce the product through a short demo on a tablet or laptop
• Convince doctors to start a free trial and assist with basic onboarding
• Maintain a simple daily log of visits, demos, and follow-ups
• Share doctor feedback with the founding team regularly
• Build and nurture relationships with doctors for long-term retention

You Are a Great Fit If You:

• Have prior experience in pharma sales, diagnostic sales, or medical equipment sales
• Already have relationships with private chamber doctors in Kolkata
• Are comfortable walking into clinics and starting conversations confidently
• Can conduct a basic product demo (full training provided by us)
• Are self-motivated and can work independently without supervision
• Speak Bengali and Hindi fluently; basic English reading ability needed

Compensation

• Weekly retainer: ₹5,000 (based on experience) for a minimum of 15 doctor visits/week
• Commission: ₹500 per doctor who completes free trial and converts to paid
• Bonus: ₹200 per verified demo conducted (paid monthly)
• No cap on commission earnings
• Top performer earning potential: ₹20,000–25,000/month

Experience Required

• 2–5 years in pharma sales, diagnostic sales, hospital liaison, or medical device sales
