MIS - Senior Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data, generate insightful reports, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong Advanced Excel skills, be comfortable working with AI tools, and have excellent communication abilities to collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Generate accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and business performance summaries.
• Collect, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Utilize Advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, and Dashboards.
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting processes, improve productivity, and derive actionable insights.
• Monitor key business metrics and provide analytical support to management.
• Create and maintain trackers for operations, sales, finance, and other business functions.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis and present findings effectively.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely report delivery.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of organizational data.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Excellent report generation and data analysis skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Good analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage large datasets with high accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, or equivalent preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience in media, advertising, operations, or service industries will be an added advantage.
