We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and experienced Production Manager who can manage our production unit, maintain quality standards, supervise workers, and ensure smooth daily manufacturing operations.

Job Role

The Production Manager will be responsible for managing the complete production process of Dantura Botanics products, including raw material handling, production planning, worker supervision, hygiene maintenance, packaging coordination, stock management, and quality control support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily production activities according to company requirements.
2. Prepare production schedules and ensure timely completion of batches.
3. Supervise workers, machine operators, packing staff, and production helpers.
4. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline inside the production area.
5. Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials, finished products, and packing materials.
6. Monitor capsule filling, powder mixing, packaging, labeling, sealing, and dispatch preparation.
7. Maintain batch-wise production records, stock records, and daily production reports.
8. Coordinate with the quality control team to maintain product quality and safety.
9. Check raw material usage and prevent wastage during production.
10. Ensure that all products are manufactured according to company formula, process, and quantity standards.
11. Maintain worker attendance, shift planning, and daily task allocation.
12. Identify production problems and report them immediately to management.
13. Ensure safe operation of machines and proper maintenance of production equipment.
14. Support the company in maintaining GMP, hygiene, and compliance standards.
15. Coordinate with purchase, packaging, inventory, and dispatch teams.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of nutraceutical, food supplement, herbal, food, or pharma production
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and quality control practices

Qualification

• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Preferred: Diploma / Degree in Food Technology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Nutrition, Biotechnology, or Production Management
• Candidates with practical experience in nutraceutical, food supplement, herbal, pharma, FMCG, or food processing industries will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in production management preferred.
• Fresh candidates with strong technical knowledge and leadership ability may also apply.

Salary
