Job Description
Manage overseas recruitment and GCC hiring processes for various business requirements.
Handle bulk hiring and mass recruitment campaigns for blue-collar and frontline workforce requirements.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, documentation, and onboarding.
Support high-volume hiring projects and Oversee hiring while ensuring timely closures and quality hiring standards.
Conduct recruitment drives, walk-ins, and manpower mobilization activities as per operational requirements.
Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment execution.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, visa processes, and GCC recruitment regulations.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
