Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Retail Salesman to visit retail shops daily, promote our products, generate sales orders, build strong retailer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit 30–50 retail shops daily according to the assigned route.
Take orders from retailers and ensure timely order submission.
Introduce new products and explain ongoing schemes and offers.
Increase product availability and visibility in retail stores.
Develop new retailers and expand market coverage.
Follow up on pending payments where required.
Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and activities.
Ensure proper product display and merchandising.
Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th/12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Experience in FMCG or food products is an advantage.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
