About us
We are a procurement and sourcing consultancy helping US-based businesses unlock cost savings and supplier networks across low-cost country (LCC) regions — including Asia, Eastern Europe, and Latin America. Our clients are mid-to-large manufacturers, distributors, and enterprises looking to optimize their supply chains.
The role
We are hiring a motivated outbound sales agent to connect with US procurement heads, operations directors, and C-suite executives and book qualified discovery calls for our senior consultants. Leads, scripts, training, dialer, and CRM access are all provided — you focus on the conversations.
What you'll do
- Make 60–80 outbound calls per day to US-based procurement and supply chain professionals
- Book 5–8 qualified discovery appointments per week for our senior consultants
- Handle objections confidently and qualify prospects before handing off
- Log all call outcomes and follow-up tasks accurately in the CRM
Must-haves
- Neutral or American-accented English — clear, confident, and natural on the phone
- Available to work evening/night shifts (approx. 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST) to align with US business hours
- Resilient, target-driven, and coachable
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
Nice to have
- Prior B2B outbound calling or international BPO experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Basic understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, or sourcing concepts
What we provide

Compensation
Base salary ₹12,000 – ₹15 ,000/month
Performance incentive ₹1000 per qualified meeting booked
Top performers booking 6–8 meetings/week can add ₹24,000/month on top of base.
