  • Confirm bookings and ensure error-free documentation.
  • Maintain follow-ups with agents for conversion.
  • Manage amendments, cancellations, and last-minute changes.
  • Ensure smooth tour operations and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
