Designation-– Showroom Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities – Showroom Operations Executive

1. Opening & Setup (Start of Day)

• Open the showroom on time and ensure readiness for business
• Inspect overall showroom condition (no damage, dust, or issues)

2. Showroom Maintenance & Upkeep (Throughout the Day)

• Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the showroom at all times
• Report any repair or replacement needs

3. Customer Reception & First Interaction

• Greet every walk-in customer warmly and professionally
• Maintain a polite, confident, and helpful attitude

4. Product & Interior Demonstration

• Explain furniture materials, finishes, durability, and design options
• Use catalogs, samples, or digital tools for better explanation

5. Sales Pitch & Customer Conversion

• Convince customers about product quality and company expertise
• Convert walk-ins into confirmed orders

6. Lead Management & Sales Tracking

• Maintain a record of all walk-in customers and inquiries
• Track leads, follow-ups, and conversion status

7. Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with designers, vendors, or management if needed

8. Closing Duties (End of Day)

• Ensure showroom is clean and organized before closing

EMOLUMENT:

Fixed salary-rs 12000-rs15000/month+incentives
