Job Description

We are hiring Work From Home Telecallers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call users who have already shown interest and registered
  • Explain services, offers and assist them in getting started
  • Follow up with interested users and maintain regular communication
  • Handle customer queries in a professional manner
  • Achieve daily calling and performance targets

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Bengali preferred, Hindi required)
  • Comfortable with telecalling and customer interaction
  • Ability to convince and convert interested users
  • Smartphone/laptop with stable internet connection
  • Freshers and experienced both can apply
