Inside Sales Executive

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team.

The role involves handling international clients in the hotel industry, generating job openings, and ensuring smooth placement of candidates from India to abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain relationships with existing international clients

• Take regular follow-ups for manpower requirements and job openings
• Identify and acquire new overseas clients in the hospitality sector
• Coordinate with clients to line up interviews for candidates
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and recruitment team
• Generate consistent job opportunities for candidate placements
• Build long-term partnerships with global clients

Requirements:

Good communication & client handling skills

• Experience in Business Development / Recruitment preferred
• Ability to work with international clients
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Target-oriented and proactive approach
