Exciting Opportunity – Telecaller (Banking Collection Process)

Location: New Town | Work From Office

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Above

Languages: Hindi & Bengali (Mandatory)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (In-Hand)

Shift Details:

Day Shift

1 Fixed Weekly Off

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound collection calls

Follow up with customers for pending payments

Address and resolve basic customer queries
