We are a wellness company dealing in an Ayurvedic combo kit designed to support recovery from alcohol, tobacco, and drug dependency.

We are hiring female telecalling sales executives who are confident in communication and serious about building a career in sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend incoming calls from live leads generated through Meta & Google Ads

• Explain the product in a simple and clear manner

• Guide customers and convert leads into sales

• Maintain professional communication with customers

The product details and sales pitch are simple and can be learned within 1 day of training.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary starting from ₹15,000

• Salary is paid on 30th day at the end of the month (if you join mid-month, payment will be at month end)

• Incentives up to ₹1,00,000 or more based on performance and promotions

• Attractive monthly incentives

• Live leads provided by the company (No cold calling)

2 Orders Avg Per day~ 70 packets (Per month)

⏰ Working Hours: Minimum 8 hours daily

This is Work From Home, but it is a full-time responsibility.

हम महिला टेली कॉलिंग सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव की भर्ती कर रहे हैं जो अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल रखती हों और सेल्स में करियर बनाना चाहती हों।

जॉब जिम्मेदारियां

• Meta और Google Ads से आने वाले Live Leads की कॉल अटेंड करना

• ग्राहक को सरल और स्पष्ट तरीके से प्रोडक्ट समझाना

• ग्राहक को गाइड करके लीड को सेल में कन्वर्ट करना

• ग्राहकों के साथ प्रोफेशनल कम्युनिकेशन बनाए रखना

प्रोडक्ट की जानकारी और सेल्स पिच 1 दिन की ट्रेनिंग में आसानी से सीखी जा सकती है।

सैलरी और लाभ

• ₹15,000 से फिक्स्ड सैलरी शुरू

• सैलरी हर महीने की 30 तारीख को दी जाएगी (यदि बीच महीने में जॉइन करते हैं तो भुगतान महीने के अंत में होगा)

• परफॉर्मेंस के आधार पर ₹1,00,000 या उससे अधिक इंसेंटिव

• आकर्षक मंथली इंसेंटिव

• कंपनी द्वारा Live Leads दिए जाएंगे (Cold Calling नहीं)

⏰ कार्य समय: प्रतिदिन कम से कम 8 घंटे

यह Work From Home जॉब है लेकिन यह फुल-टाइम जिम्मेदारी है।
