Web Consultant (International Sales – UK Website Process)
Proclivity Digitech Pvt Ltd is seeking confident, persuasive, and target-oriented Web Consultants to join our International BPO Sales team. In this role, you will connect with UK-based businesses, understand their digital needs, and sell website development, redesign, SEO, and digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound B2B sales calls to UK-based businesses.
- Promote website development, redesign, SEO, and digital marketing services.
- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable web solutions/packages.
- Build rapport with potential clients and explain service benefits clearly.
- Handle objections professionally and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on digital marketing and website trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO Sales (US/UK process preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Basic understanding of website development, SEO, and digital marketing services.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
