Academic Counsellor

We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-driven Academic Counsellor who can guide students and convert inquiries into enrollments. This role is ideal for someone who understands student psychology, career guidance, and sales conversion.

💼 What You’ll Do

🎓 Academic Counselling & Conversion (70%)

1. Handle inbound leads from Website, Calls, WhatsApp & Social Media
2. Counsel students about courses (Digital Marketing, Web Design, UI/UX, etc.)
3. Understand student needs and recommend the right career path
4. Follow up regularly to convert leads into admissions
5. Maintain lead data, follow-ups, and status in CRM/Excel
6. Achieve monthly admission targets

📢 Support in Marketing & Student Engagement (30%)

1. Assist in handling student queries (calls, WhatsApp, email)
2. Help improve FAQs, counselling scripts, and messaging
3. Coordinate with the marketing team for better lead quality
4. Share insights from student interactions to improve campaigns

✅ What You Must Have:

1. 6 Months - 1 year of experience in Academic Counselling / EdTech Sales
2. Strong communication skills in Bengali, Hindi & English
3. Good understanding of student mindset and career guidance
4. Strong follow-up and convincing ability
5. Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing / IT courses (preferred)

1. Experience with CRM tools
2. Experience in counselling for IT / Digital courses
3. Knowledge of sales funnels & lead handling
