Accountant with strong knowledge of Advanced Excel to manage financial records, prepare reports, and support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills, accuracy in handling numbers, and the ability to automate and streamline reporting using Excel tools.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate books of accounts including Journal, Ledger, and Balance Sheet.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
• Utilize Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, IFERROR, Power Query, Macros, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.
• Automate repetitive accounting reports and build dashboards for management review.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain data confidentiality and ensure timely reporting.
• Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (must-have).
• Experience with Tally ERP / SAP / QuickBooks / Zoho Books (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Educational Qualification:B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA-Inter or equivalent.
