Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Clinic Accountant to manage the daily financial operations of our medical practice. The ideal candidate will handle patient billing, manage vendor payments, and ensure the clinic’s financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Key Responsibilities
• Daily Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of all daily transactions, including consultation fees, pharmacy sales (if applicable), and lab charges.
• Patient Billing & Collections: Manage patient invoices, track pending payments, and coordinate with insurance providers for claim settlements.
• Expense Management: Handle clinic utility bills, rent, and payments to medical suppliers or pharmaceutical vendors.
• Payroll Processing: Manage salary disbursements for doctors, nursing staff, and administrative personnel, including TDS and PF calculations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on cash flow, profit/loss, and outstanding dues for the Lead Physician/Clinic Manager.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial practices follow local tax regulations and healthcare accounting standards.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience (Healthcare/Clinic experience is a plus).
• Software: Proficiency in Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with Clinic Management Software.

Soft Skills: Strong integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive patient data with confidentiality.
