Cashier Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and empathetic Clinic Cashier to manage patient billing and front-desk coordination. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth payment processing and a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Billing & Payments: Generate invoices for consultations, procedures, and medicines. Handle cash, UPI, and card payments accurately.
• Patient Records: Maintain basic digital or manual records of patient visits and billing history.
• Clinic Coordination: Coordinate with the doctor and nursing staff regarding patient sequence and billing status.
• Confidentiality: Ensure patient information and medical records are kept private and secure.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
• Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office or Billing software) and strong communication skills.
• Experience: Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or pharmacy is a plus but not mandatory.
