Position: Sales Manager for a Insurance company
Type: Fixed salary and yearly bonus
Work Mode: Full-time
Location: Kolkata
About the Role- The Insurance Sales Manager is responsible for driving life insurance sales through a team of advisors/agents, recruiting and developing talent, achieving business targets, and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance. The role focuses on team productivity, market expansion, and sustainable revenue growth.
- Sales & Business DevelopmentAchieve assigned sales targets (premium, policies, activation, persistency).
- Drive sales of life insurance products including Term, ULIP, Savings, Pension, and Health Riders.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop local market penetration strategies.
- Support advisors in customer meetings, presentations, and closures.
- Team Recruitment & DevelopmentRecruit, onboard, and train insurance advisors / agents.
- Motivate and manage the advisor team to ensure consistent productivity.
- Conduct regular training sessions on products, sales techniques, and compliance.
- Build a high-performing and engaged sales team.
