Job Description
Job Summary:
The Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing tax documents, and performing financial analyses to guide business decisions. They ensure compliance with regulations and provide financial insights to management.
Core Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts to ensure accurate records.
- Tax Compliance: File and remit taxes, ensuring compliance with local/international laws.
- Accounting Operations: Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger postings.
- Audit & Risk: Conduct internal audits and identify financial risks.
- Analysis: Analyze financial data to offer insights on cost reduction and profitability.
